I'd heard about Royal Prince Auto Care Bentley workshop from another owner and figured I'd give them a go for a standard service rather than anything major, just to test the waters. Honestly the experience was smoother than I expected, they talked me through everything they found and didn't push any extras, which was refreshing. The car came back driving exactly as it should and the bill was noticeably lower. I'm not going to pretend one service proves everything, but so far so good. Curious whether others have had a similar experience or whether the dealer still makes more sense for certain jobs, especially anything under warranty.
